Pet lovers rejoice! On Sundays, you're welcome to bring your dogs, but they must be on leashes at all times. Please note that for the comfort of all our guests, if pets become disruptive or aggressive, our staff may request that you make alternative arrangements. We kindly ask you to ensure that your clean up after your furry friends as well!
In the event of a weather cancellation, all tickets are validated to swap into another session in the 2023/2024 Season. An email will be sent to the email address that the tickets were purchased on. This email will contain a voucher to the same value of your purchase We understand it can be hard to rebook towards the end of the season. If your session is cancelled in the last four weeks of the 2023/2024 season, your booking will automatically be refunded.
Indeed, we do! You can purchase your preferred beverages at our Garden bar on movie nights. We're advocates for responsible drinking and urge guests to plan their transportation accordingly.
Please note that outside snacks and drinks are not permitted inside. However, we're delighted to offer a wide selection of everyone's favorite movie snacks at our on-site Candy Bar and Bar!
Yes, we cater to private events! If you have a group of 100 or more and wish to have the venue to yourselves, we offer bookings on specific days.
In November, our regular screenings are from Thursday to Sunday, leaving Monday to Wednesday available for private events. For larger groups, Thursday and Sunday nights might also be an option with prior notice.
Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable! If rain is pouring or winds exceed 25 km/h, we'll have to cancel the screening. But don't worry, we offer either refunds or rescheduling options to ensure you don't miss out.
